This form may be used for either a tenancy for years, which is a tenancy for a fixed term or a month-to-month tenancy, which is a periodic tenancy [ see ¶ 2 of form in [2], below ]. This form may be used to lease any type of residential unit or structure, including an apartment in a multiunit building or a single-family residence. CAR also publishes an “Application to Rent\Screening Fee,” which may be used in conjunction with the residential lease [ see § 34B.280].
